눈만 뜨면 싸운다. 그것도 죽기살기로. 싸우다가 혼자 있으면 괴롭다. 지쳐 아무것도 하기 싫을 때 문득 꾼 꿈에 성모 마리아가 들려주었다는 말씀, Let it be. 비틀즈 해체 전 발표된 마지막 앨범 'The Long And Winding Road'에 수록된 곡이다. 앨범 제목과 노랫말이 다 의미심상하다. 'Let it be'는 히브리 어로 'amen'이어서 'So be it.'으로 받아들이면 된다.
